Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
100 gButter
150 gDark Chocolate
100 gGluten Free Plain Flour
100 gChopped Hazelnuts or Walnuts(optional)
200 gSugar
3Eggs
1 tspGluten Free Baking Powder
Pre heat oven to 180°C/Fan160°C/350°F/Gas 4
1. Melt the butter and chocolate together.

2. In a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking powder and sugar.

3. Beat in the eggs followed by the melted butter and chocolate mixture.
(if using nuts now stir them in)


4. Now pour in to a lined and oiled tin.


5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
6. When cool cut into slices.
